Head Coach: Soccer

Christien Vlahinich is a 2007 graduate of St. Joseph Regional High School. After graduation, he attended Rutgers University of Newark where he earned a Bachelor’s degree in history. Vlahinich was then hired by St. Joseph Regional and began attending Rutgers-Newark for his masters in history.  

He began coaching at SJR as the freshman soccer coach before becoming the head coach of the varsity program in 2018.

I like to work at SJR because: as an alumnus of this school, I am excited to help create the same atmosphere that gave me a greater sense of family and pushed me to achieve my goals.
