#11 SJR saw its final game before Christmas against #5 Princeton Day postponed due to non-Covid illness/injury.

The lay-off proved fruitful as the team welcomes five players to the lineup, two returning from injury/illness and three making their season debut. Junior Michael Chang and sophomores Carmine Coiro and Luke Heimberg will don the Green Knights uniform for the first time and each is expected to make an impact. Chang and Coiro will bolster team depth at the forward ranks while Heimberg boasts a heavy shot from the blue line.

Junior Joseph Monte is back between the pipes after posting his first career shutout in SJR's last game, a 2-0 win over Xavier (NY).

#12 Livingston has rolled through their schedule, posting a 9-0-0 record and outscoring opponents 49-9. Its marquee win is a 3-2 victory over #13 Westfield. The Lancers share no common opponents with the Green Knights.

SJR is right back in action on Tuesday, December 28 against #19 Ramapo in its second game of the Ice Vault Holiday Tournament. That game will face-off at 8:00 p.m. and again be live streamed on hockeytv.com ($).
