The Green Knights secured their second win of the season against Pope John. Boston College commit and ace of SJR's pitching staff, Sean Hard '21, dazzled in his first start of the season. The two Green Knight runs came from an inside-the-park home run by Jimmy Romano '21 and a 2-out, RBI single by Jeremy Acosta '21. Solid defense, timely hitting, and stellar pitching combined for the Green Knight's electric win. SJR takes the field again on April 23 in Oakland against Indian Hills.
